“Shark Tank” star Kevin O’leary says he won’t sell any cryptocurrencies despite the cryptocurrency market downturn. “In the long run, you just have to live with it. You have to understand that there will be volatility in the market.”
According to reports, O’leary currently has 32 positions in the digital asset space. He is also a strategic investor in Wonderfi Technologies. Last week, the crypto platform received conditional approval to list on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX).
In an interview with Bankless published last week, O’Leary said his current largest holdings are ethereum ETH 0.02% and bitcoin BTC -0.30%. However, he added: “I also have a large stake in USDC and FTX.” He also mentioned polygon MATIC -2.44% and solana SOL -2.13%.
About eight weeks ago, he emphasized the importance of diversification, saying that his crypto assets make up about 21% of his portfolio. Now, that’s down to around 18%, he explained in detail: “There’s been a big correction in the market, but you have to hold your nose and get used to the volatility.
