Colombia-based instant delivery service provider Rappi has launched a pilot program for crypto payments in Mexico.
By partnering with crypto payments provider BitPay and Mexican crypto exchange Bitso, it will allow customers to convert crypto into credit points, which can then be used to complete purchases on the company’s platform, the company said.
Rappi is committed to providing customers with on-demand delivery services. After users place an order, real-time tracking is used for instant delivery. It has already launched business in nine Latin American countries, including Colombia, Brazil, Mexico, Chile and Peru.
