Brazilians traded more than $300 million worth of Bitcoin in July. Brazil’s tax authority RFB recently announced the country’s July cryptocurrency transactions.
A total of 1.336 million people reported using cryptocurrencies in July, the highest number since 2019, the report said.
In May and June of this year, 365,000 and 800,000 were declared respectively.
In addition, the number of women holding cryptocurrencies has increased, and the number of cryptocurrency transactions conducted by women has risen by 4%, and this group accounted for nearly 20% of transactions in July.
